Established in 1973, our headquarters are in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.
Our Hendra branch is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Counter Sales team member to join us. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands-on' individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships, and working as a key member of the team.
Your daily activities will involve: Counter and internal sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients.Phone enquiries and orders.Processing customer sales orders and credit returns.Coordination of daily deliveries.Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Good verbal and written communication skills.Can-do attitude.Experience with MS Office Applications.Experience in sales, specifically trade sales, would be highly regarded.
