Alongside other specialists in the team, you will advise on:Takeovers;Joint Ventures;Regulated and Off-market Corporate M&A;IPOs and other Capital Raisings;Back Door Listings;Corporate Advisory;Corporate Governance;Listings on the ASX, NSX, AIM, HKSE, BSE, and TSX among others.CANDIDATE:You will have a minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience in Corporate M&A.You will be eager to advance your career, currently positioned at an Associate level or early Senior Associate level.An added bonus will be someone who craves the opportunity to be involved in business development and feels they haven't been given that chance or have been held back - this opportunity is calling your name!This opportunity will enable you to take that next step in your career, providing you with the resources from the rest of the Corporate Team.
