About the role Working closely with the partners and with a team of junior lawyers to assist, you will be drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial transactions across a range of industries.
About you Senior lawyer with demonstrated experience of at least 5 years PQE working on private and/or public M&A transactions; A relevant Law Degree coupled with strong academics; The ability to mentor junior lawyers; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences; Good analytical skills and big picture/lateral thinking ability.
