Wholesale and Business Support Coordinator
The Role
As the Content & Social Media Manager, you will be the custodian of Lack Of Color's brand voice and visual identity. Reporting to the Creative & Marketing Director, you will lead the charge on social media, influencer strategy, seasonal plans for our global markets, including the US, AU, UK, and EU.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative social media and influencer strategies for key international markets. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to commission, provide feedback on, and deliver best-in-class content. Utilise social listening insights and data to continuously refine content strategy and approach. Plan and manage seasonal content calendars, ensuring localisation across all owned channels (social, EDM, website, campaigns). Launch seasonal collections with social media and content strategies. Plan, execute & launch content aligning to budget. Bring fresh ideas and a deep understanding of content requirements for each unique channel, focusing on IG & Tik Tok, and collaborate with the Ecommerce Team on EDM and Paid Content. Manage paid content planning, copywriting, and briefing to the Digital Performance Team. Work with UGC Creators and adapt plans through Affiliate platforms such as LTK. Set goals, track & report performance on social channels and on influencer & UGC placements. Work alongside the Marketing Team on brand events & activations. Safeguard Lack Of Color's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity and tone of voice. Collaborate with the graphics team to create engaging, high-quality content that is specific to the channel. Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas to enhance the Lack Of Color brand. Build and nurture influencer & creator relationships. Contribute to Brand Event & Activations. You will have:

Developing and briefing content to support marketing strategies, product campaigns, and our seasonal global campaigns. You have worked with cross-functional teams and agencies to build integrated campaigns. You have expert knowledge of all social media networks and know how best to leverage them, particularly IG, Tik Tok & Influencer & creator networks. You bring innovative and creative solutions to our social media.
