The Role The role primarily involves commercial transactions and litigation working in our commercial team on niche and complex matters and in addition working in conjunction with our estate planning team. The role includes advising, drafting and reviewing transactional commercial documents, commercial litigation and estate planning. The role can be adapted as full time, part time and/or flexible working arrangements to fit the needs of the successful applicant.
