About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to work alongside their award-winning Managing Director in representing large and small corporations, individuals, local governments and other government authorities, liquidators and administrators, trustees and executors across a range of matters such as: employment and industrial relations, insolvency, construction, defamation, disputed estates, consumer law and contract disputes.
About you: Be 5+ PQE up to Special Counsel level with relevant experience in general litigation. Broad Commercial Litigation experience. Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification / Admission is required. Confident, resilient, and personable professional, willing to be an integral part of the commercial litigation team and work well autonomously. The more senior you are, the ability to undertake business development and supervise and mentor junior lawyers. Benefits: 12 weeks paid parental leave.
