YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Managing Associate Lawyer, you will appreciate the top mentorship + enjoy the stimulating satisfaction of solving all types of challenging commercial and property legal issues / disputes (managing your own clients and files) including:
Commercial transactions + commercial litigation - e.g.
buying / selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors / shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing / distribution, intellectual property, franchising, employment law, debt recovery, trusts and general commercial contractual disputes; Construction law - e.g.
advising / drafting building contracts, litigating construction disputes.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are a lawyer admitted in NSW with minimum 3+ years' PAE experience (or MORE) in commercial law / commercial litigation (essential) AND construction law (preferable); have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own files and clients from start to finish; are highly adaptable + client-centric + hands-on + proactive + results-focused; are highly motivated, organized and can meet deadlines; have proven ability to work in a vibrant, busy + fast-paced environment; are genuinely seeking a long-term dual career specializing in commercial and construction law.
