Commercial transactions + commercial litigation - e.g. buying / selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors / shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing / distribution, intellectual property, franchising, employment law, debt recovery, trusts and general commercial contractual disputes; Construction law - e.g. advising / drafting building contracts, litigating construction disputes.
