The Role:
Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Develop business case scenarios that meet the real customers' needs within the scope, time, and financial frameworks. Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities. Assess the risks of various solutions and effectively communicate every scenario to the customer. Work closely with the QA team in understanding all possible test case scenarios. Perform high-level analysis to determine the feasibility and cost-benefit of a requested product solution and produce required documentation. Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions. To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
8-12 years of Business Analyst experience required. Experience in end-to-end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules. 1-2 years of previous ServiceNow Business Analyst experience required.
