The Role: Due to an exciting period of growth, Fitness Cartel Australia is actively seeking expressions of interest from experienced Club General Managers to be considered for our brand-new location, Fitness Cartel Springwood.
Club General Managers (CGM's) are primarily responsible for the Club's overall performance & operations. This role will be integral in driving a culture of excellence, community, and high-performance environment, working alongside our Executive Team, Regional Performance Managers, and Directors.
Key Responsibilities: Management of the Club's overall budgets and financials, including Member Movement/Growth, EBIDTA, & Retention strategies. Overseeing a Big-box style gym with 3000+ members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
