The Role As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing clinical operations within a large residential aged care facility. You'll steer a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring that all clinical processes - from assessments and care planning to compliance and staff development - are executed to the highest standards. About You Current AHPRA registration, backed by extensive clinical experience in aged care or related settings. Nursing Degree. Willingness to relocate and commit to Regional NSW. Demonstrated leadership success, with proven skills in guiding and developing clinical teams. Thorough understanding of aged care accreditation standards, regulatory frameworks, and adult learning principles. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
