The Role: As the Care Manager (Clinical), you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Leading a team of care staff, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring, managing resources, and driving innovation to provide the best outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver resident-focused care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Manage admissions, discharges, and case conferences while fostering strong relationships with families. Oversee clinical quality, infection control, and risk management programs. Collaborate with the Service Manager on budgeting and resource management. Ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation standards. Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You Will Have: A tertiary qualification in Nursing with unrestricted AHPRA registration. Proven management experience in aged care, with a strong clinical background. Advanced understanding of accreditation standards and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid Police Check / NDIS and Valid Driver's Licence. Desirable Skills: Proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
