This is a full-time management role that requires delivery of clinical therapy to a paediatric caseload.
Please note: You must be a qualified Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist in order to be eligible for this role. The remuneration rate for this role will depend on the successful applicant's experience.

Our friendly admin team is here to take off your workload. Annual wellness budget - $500 per annum to spend toward any service provided by our business. A genuinely supportive team of multidisciplinary therapists to work alongside. Responsibilities include: Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our team of allied health professionals. Oversee and maintain high standards of client care, ensuring evidence-based practices. Lead team meetings and provide support and guidance to your team members. Collaborate with management to shape and implement service strategies. Act as a point of contact for complex cases, offering expertise and support. Promote a positive, inclusive, and client-centred culture. Deliver clinical individualised therapy to a caseload of paediatric clients in your discipline. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology. Significant experience in clinical practice, with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A passion for empowering teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Strong knowledge of child development and Occupational Therapy theories and practices. Strong organisational skills, including time management and documentation.
