Your New Role : We are searching for a Client Services Support person to join the Ausbil team. The role will primarily focus on supporting financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries and all the related administrative requirements consistent with onboarding new clients, e.g., the application process, including the identification of clients (AML / KYC).
Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products.Process customer requests: Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.Improve our processes: Identify opportunities to enhance our operations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.Be a team player: Assist other teams with adhoc tasks, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.About You : You will ideally have either at least 2 years of funds / super industry experience and / or hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.
