A career opportunity has arisen in ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) for an experienced, highly motivated and career-oriented person to fill the role of Senior Director, Governance and Service Development (SOGA), within Offender Reintegration.The successful applicant will be responsible for the design and implementation of services that deliver high quality service outcomes that directly improve reintegrative pathways and contribute to community safety.
You will also implement and monitor the ACTCS Offender Reintegration Clinical Governance Framework and related activities, fostering a culture of improvement to provide evidence-based interventions and supports and drive service excellence through research, development and evaluation of appropriate reintegration service pathways.In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for organisational strategy, governance, service delivery and a range of quality improvement initiatives related to reintegration pathways across the organisation.
You will be required to liaise with internal and external departments and agencies and ensure ACTCS provides services that are relevant, effective, evidence-based and provide value for money for the community.Further to this, you will continue the development and delivery of the Integrated Offender Management Framework and ensure pathways to release are coordinated and streamlined.To be successful you will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in addition to demonstrating strong leadership and management qualities.
