About the role:
Working closely with a leading Partner on a wide range of planning and environment law matters across Queensland;
Including planning law advice, regulatory litigation, enforcement advice, and planning schemes.
The team represents development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals more than any other law firm.
The ideal candidate:
Senior Associate to Special Counsel (6+ PQE).
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Experience in Planning & Environment law, coming from a recognized P&E law team/firm.
Excellent research skills, and the ability to provide clear, accurate summaries from complex legal matters.
