The Legal, Secretariat and Corporate Services Section is responsible for supporting the CEO in providing strategic leadership and direction to IHACPA.

This support is delivered through the provision of efficient and effective legal, secretariat and corporate services that address and comply with statutory requirements, government policy and operational needs.

This is an exciting position at IHACPA, working across the agency and with Executive members to enhance IHACPA's capability.

Key Responsibilities Developing, implementing and reviewing IHACPA's 3-year Human Capital Plan, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and policy requirements.
Leading and managing HR projects and activities to meet strategic and operational requirements.
Undertaking capability uplift projects in support of strategic HR goals.
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance IHACPA's human capital management and development objectives.
