Reporting to the Treasury Analyst - Banking, this role is responsible for managing the processing of daily banking and payment allocation in a timely manner to support collection processes and daily cash flow.Key Responsibilities:Allocate incoming receipts to customer accounts according to deadlines.Investigate and resolve unallocated receipts.Complete allocation of all other bank transactions daily in SAP.Match transactions in the Diapason treasury system.Scan and archive banking and relevant credit documents.Process credit card and direct debit payment batches.Clear relevant GL accounts.Perform external verification of bank detail master data for outgoing payments.SAP Accounting experience essential.And other tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your manager.About You:A successful candidate for this role is someone who can demonstrate a balance of positive, value-adding behavior and outstanding results, consistently meeting commitments to all stakeholders.
This position is ideal for an applicant with:At least 1 year of experience in the same role or relevant field.Certificate III in Financial Service (FNS30107) or any industry equivalent experience or degree.Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.Previous experience in a similar role within an FMCG or comparable high-volume environment would be an advantage.Exemplary organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, showing innovation and initiative in addressing tasks and challenges.Effective communication skills, ensuring clear and transparent communication fostering mutual understanding and trust.Excellent relationship-building skills, ensuring accessible, respectful, and approachable interactions.What We Offer:As a global company, we provide an exciting career opportunity where you can make an immediate impact.
