Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The Leading Hand - CHPP Maintenance will support the Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams in the safe execution of planned and scheduled maintenance.
They will:
Ensure all weekly scheduled work and shutdown work is completed to specifications, quality and schedule
Ensure safe work practices are followed
Collaborate to improve asset management to achieve greater reliability of CHPP and mobile crusher assets.
Skills and Experience
About you:
Strong organisational, verbal & written communication skills
Analytical & critical thinking ability
Hazard identification & proactive about improving safety
Advanced computer literacy
SAP knowledge including PTP & MPA modules
Shutdown Coordination
Experience / Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams
Mechanical trade experience (minimum 2 yrs)
Current Standard 11, S123 & G2
Current QLD Driver's licence
Forklift / EWP | Confined Space Entry | Working at Heights
TAE40116 / TAE40122 Trainer / Assessor desirable
None Slew Crane (Franna) desirable
