Job Title : Chief Executive
About the Role : The Chief Executive will lead strategic development, embedding the Fringe Society as a vital cultural asset, and provide inspirational leadership to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. This is an open platform for individuals, collectives, and micro-businesses with a shared vision to give anyone a stage and everyone a seat.
Key Responsibilities : Provide inspirational leadership to support the Board of Directors Recruit and manage the senior leadership team Support staff to deliver the Society's vision and objectives Salary Range : £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Annual Leave : 34 days including six public holidays
Requirements : A strategic leader with experience in fostering a vital cultural asset and inspiring a team to deliver its vision. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
