Contract Details: Starting ASAP - 6-month contract
500 per day + super
Location: Parramatta SQ + WFH
Duties: Send a letter to all outstanding providers regarding non-eligibility to receive funding for FY 2023-24, if they haven't submitted the required data by September 2024. Finalise the Funding agreement for FY 2024 / 25 - Update any necessary changes to the funding agreement for FY 2024-25 and finalise it for FY 2024-25. Property reconciliation between management agreements and funding agreements to confirm the contractual relationships between managing providers and owning providers as well as funding eligibility of the property. Roll over and prepare data-gathering templates for all providers and portfolios for FY 2023-24 by July 2024. Once the property list is confirmed, prepare the funding agreements for the FY 2024-25, which include a property list for providers and portfolios. Assisting downloads for analysis - rental data download for impact analysis and vacancy details. Review Financial data for FY 2023 / 24 for any abnormal movements compared to the previous financial year and also spot-check for any overdue rates or expired insurance for all portfolios. Receive and review FY 2023 / 24 data gathering reports and review for any abnormal movements.
