Our client, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a talented Change Manager to join their growing team for an initial 6-month contract, with opportunity for extensions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new cyber security initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating change initiatives and addressing concerns. Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness and identify potential barriers to change. Develop and deliver targeted training and communication materials to empower employees and drive adoption. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure success. Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in change management, preferably within a cyber security context. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. A passion for driving positive change and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
