$106.50 p / hour + super attractive hourly rate!Leading QLD State Government program of work contribute to impactful change and engagementCentral Brisbane CBD locationYour new role : Direct a variety of communication and engagement activities, including producing internal communication materials to support the program.Oversee the coordination and development of change messaging and transformation communications to effectively socialise the program initiatives across the agency.Design and implement change communication artefacts and activities with respect to the strategic narrative of the program agenda.Manage the distribution of internal transformation communications through a range of channels and evaluate the effectiveness of those channels.Identify communication and engagement needs by appropriately sourcing information for analysis, overseeing report production and creating internal communication material as requested to provide comprehensive, accurate and timely responses.Provide coaching and capability up-lift to workstreams on the program.Direct and assure consistent messages in strategic communication, media, social media, marketing, and engagement activities for internal stakeholders, adhering to relevant policies, standards and legislative requirements, and provide recommendations for improvements to the Director Change Management.Work collaboratively across the program and with the Media & Communications team to ensure effective, coordinated and aligned communications services, advice and support.Provide evidence-based and trusted advice to the Director Change Management and other executives on a range of communication and engagement matters to support and inform decisions related to the program.The essential requirements for this role are : Experience leading change communications and engagement on a project / program in a large complex public sector organisation.High level written and verbal communication, including the ability to write quickly and accurately, as well as the ability to manage risk and issues and think strategically.Demonstrated understanding of and ability to produce content for digital services and social media and publish in these channels.In depth knowledge of the design and application of best practice approaches and frameworks in transformation communication and engagement.Understanding of change management and project management methodology and business integration processes and strategies.Ability to manage competing and / or changing priorities and take initiative to solve (or escalate) issues.Extensive experience in developing and distributing organisation-wide change communications for project / program, aligned to change management methodology, ideally with an additional understanding of communicating sensitive / complex messages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
