Estimator / Senior Estimator – Construction, Fit Out & Refurbs

Projects : New build construction up to $30m.
Fit outs up to $15m.
Refurbs up to circa $8m.
Senior Estimator up to circa $190k.
The Role : Analyse plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to estimate costs. Research, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Analyse data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company's productivity rates). Assess the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project. Keep up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements. Input into decisions over whether to bid for the project. Work closely with key members of the project team and liaise with clients and suppliers. Ensure timely completion of tenders. What you'll need to be successful in the role : Ideally 3 years + in a similar role. Ability to show stability on your CV. Degree qualified. The right attitude.
