Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting and developing the successful operations process. Additional responsibilities include:
Project planning, cost management and coordination from concept through to execution and close out; Stakeholder consultation and liaison; Applying best practice project management principles including change management; Tender documentation development and evaluations; Reporting and record keeping; Develop, prioritise, and execute improvement projects; Oversee the development, operation and maintenance of business improvement systems and processes. About you: Degree qualified with diversified experience in civil mechanical or electrical engineering and project management; Business Improvement / Continuous Improvement experience highly desirable; Self-motivated with a strong focus on compliance, accountability and positive performance culture; Demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, risk management processes and continuous improvement with experience in the same or similar role; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure you are an exceptional team member and mentor to others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
