Key Responsibilities : New Business Development : Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities across multiple sectors. Pipeline Management : Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, delivering on revenue growth targets. Sales Execution : Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to onboarding, with tailored solutions. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Strategic Solutions : Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and articulate the value of our logistics model. Qualifications : Sales Experience : 1-2 years in a similar business development role or logistics / supply chain management. Sales Mindset : Proven ability to meet KPIs, with a genuine passion for sales and driving business outcomes. Business Acumen : Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving skills.
