Role is fitting for an experienced Roofer or Strata Manager.
About the Company
Our Client is a family owned and operated business in Sydney's eastern Suburbs and servicing the greater Sydney region. They specialise in Residential roofing but also work in the commercial and Insurance space. Everything from re-roofing, roof restoration, ventilation, leak repair, asbestos removal to roof, guttering and down-pipe replacement.
About the role
Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for building relationships and creating opportunities? Join a well-established, family-owned roofing business in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, specialising in residential, commercial, and insurance projects. In this versatile role, you'll lead business development through social media marketing, networking, and customer engagement. Whether full-time or part-time, you'll play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of this thriving company.
This role can be whatever you make it. The role will involve business development through social media marketing, attending networking events, making business contacts, connecting with Strata managers and building managers, generating leads for business opportunities. We are looking for a creative and driven Business developer and marketing genius.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Connect with potential networks through social media channels Identify networking events and attend them Create various marketing collateral, printed and online Meet with potential customers Generate sales leads and track your results Report directly to the owner Skills & experience
Experience in the roofing industry is highly regarded Sales experience is a MUST! Computer skills are essential including social media and marketing platforms Self-starter and capable of seeing opportunity everywhere Strong interpersonal and reporting skills. If you are a roofer, perhaps jump back on a roof from time to time Culture
This is a family business focused on gaining positive outcomes for their customers. They have built a strong name for quality of work as well as their customer service. The Owner works hands-on and has experienced substantial growth over the last 12 months. The business is long established with over 17 years tenure.
Benefits
This role can be set up as a Permanent Part-time arrangement across the week or as a full-time role. If you are an experienced roofer, you may like to work in a Hybrid role where you can spread your time across on-site contact and office work. Become a key player in this thriving business. This role attracts a salary package up to $110K + company vehicle and tools of the trade. Prorated for PT.
