Your day will include: Working alongside our Workforce Planners to identify and recruit for gaps in our field staff. No more doing things manually; we have a fantastic technology platform to speed up the process, guiding our candidates through the recruitment process from start to finish, including video interviewing. Using your excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate care. To be considered for this opportunity you will: Love learning new things and be up for a challenge. Find multitasking a breeze. Enjoy talking to people and not be afraid of picking up the phone. Have strong administration skills. Exhibit good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude. Have full Australian working rights.
