Responsibilities: 30% Architect and configure the DNS service in even the largest and more sophisticated networks - understand their depth, detect potential issues, project and implement the solution. 30% Present the project and how they will work for clients and partners mainly in English. Occasionally travel to partners' premises or conferences. 30% Troubleshoot customers' problems and identify new cooperation opportunities. Collaborate with our Development, Product, and Threat Intelligence teams as well as the partner's Technical Specialists. 10% Have a product-related idea you would like to try out? Deep technical knowledge of Internet protocols. Network administration (i.e. routing, switching, firewalls). Communication and presentation skills. A solution-oriented and curious mindset. Security clearance as a must. Australian Citizenship (to be able to obtain security clearance). Nice-to-have: Familiarity with DNS protocols and systems.
