We're on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager to lead a new multi-level development just outside Brisbane.

What You'll Do:
Run the site like clockwork—keeping the project on time, on budget, and up to top-notch quality standards.
Lead and manage a skilled team, from subcontractors to labourers.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Make sure all site activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Tackle challenges head-on to keep the project on track and moving forward.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of site management experience in the multi-level development space.
A proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to motivate and manage teams.
A solid understanding of construction timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.
Bonus: Experience with $20M–$40M projects.
