Role Overview:
As a member of the People and Culture Leadership, the Director HR Services plays a pivotal role in the continuous enhancement of the HR Business Partner model. By driving the advancement of HR Services, they ensure that these services contribute significantly to both current performance and future organisational effectiveness. The role will provide specialist advice to executive and senior management on a wide range of contemporary human resource issues to enable and maximise the workforce for the delivery of health services in a large complex and evolving healthcare environment. Your contributions will be valued and impactful.
Enjoy a generous remuneration package valued up to $182,185 p.a., including:
Salary range: $5784.20 to $6120.40 p.f. (AO8)
Annual leave with 17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in human resource management, industrial relations, or a related field is highly desirable.
Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable.
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
