About the Role : Join Tourism Australia as a Sustainability Business Analyst and become a key player in their sustainability journey. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Sustainability Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of their sustainability reporting systems while serving as the in-house technical expert for ESG standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and manage AI-powered sustainability dashboards for board and leadership reporting Implement sustainability frameworks across procurement and operations Develop comprehensive ESG reporting systems ensuring regulatory compliance Lead materiality assessments and strategic sustainability improvements Drive cross-functional initiatives to address emerging ESG challenges Qualifications and Experience :
5+ years in finance and/or analyst roles, with at least 12 months focused on sustainability data management Tertiary qualifications in finance, sustainability, business, or accounting Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, AASB, SBTi) Proven experience in ESG implementation and reporting Advanced Excel skills and data analytics capabilities Personal Attributes :
