We operate as generalist Recruiters, supporting the business wherever their growth requirements are. This position will likely be focused on supporting our Energy business with technical hiring requirements and our Motors Business with Body Repair Technicians, Painters, Estimators, and high-volume recruitment of Warehouse workers.
What You'll Do High volume recruiting managing an average of up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weekly Partnering with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements Conducting phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills and attitude to be successful in the Tesla environment Scheduling interviews and maintaining system accuracy Using a variety of sourcing techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years end-to-end recruiting experience, from either an in-house or agency environment Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent, skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment #J-18808-Ljbffr
