Job Description
Work on exciting projects across our Airline Experience or Digital & B2C Technology Teams Opportunity to innovate and drive change through technology 3 x Permanent, full-time (hybrid) Senior Business Analyst roles working at our Mascot Campus The Senior Business Analyst role bridges the gap between our Technology and Business teams. You will work on projects within the Airline Experience or Digital & B2C Technology domains, managing the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to functional needs and user training activities. This position will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across Qantas' business and technology domains, supporting key projects for our operation centres and airports.
You'll Have
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a business analyst or similar role Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent documentation skills Experience working on and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale IT project initiatives. Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with modern delivery frameworks including scrum, Kanban, lean, HCD, test automation and others Aviation or airports experience is desirable Experience working with B2C / CRM systems & contact centre technologies desirable i.e. Salesforce, Genesys. Familiarity with contact centre operations advantageous.
