Project Manager required that can hit the ground running, experienced managing projects in Brisbane and surrounds up to $20M in the commercial space.
Our reputable Head Contractor is looking to add to the team a skilled Project Manager that is driven to succeed and is commercially savvy.
Broad range of construction projects including Health, Commercial, Education, Hospitality, and Industrial.
This opportunity would be ideal for a team player that has a track record of delivering any of the above projects on time and under budget.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead the projects to ensure quality and safety is met Scope of Works Formation Managing multiple projects simultaneously Client, Consultant, and Project Team management Cash Flow Forecasting and Management Programme reporting, monitoring, RFI, Risk Management & issuing Formal Notices Ensuring site is managed to HSE requirements that the project team adhere to Managing and Mentoring the project team Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Similar 3+ Years Project Manager experience delivering multiple of the above projects for a head contractor Local knowledge with strong relationships with consultants, trades & suppliers Must have Jobpac & Procore experience Contracts Administration background Trade background - would be favoured History of mitigating risk and avoiding commercial error Proven Time Management and Attention to Detail skills Must be a team player and enjoy collaboration Loyal working tenure Company benefits:
