Job Description
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical initiatives.
You will engage with stakeholders to conduct feasibility and implementation planning studies, ensuring that proposed solutions align with strategic goals.
With a meticulous approach to project management, you will prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans, updating them as needed to reflect changes throughout the project lifecycle.
A key part of your responsibilities will be identifying and managing risks, addressing issues, and maintaining project schedules to ensure smooth execution.
You will also be accountable for delivering accurate and high-quality progress reports and documentation, providing clear visibility into project status for stakeholders and team members alike.
Your role will include creating essential deliverables such as Feasibility Studies, Business Cases, and detailed Project Plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
By managing your assigned tasks with precision and ensuring minimal rework, you will maintain momentum and efficiency across your projects while providing regular updates to keep everyone informed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello).
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Experience in the health sector.
