Love, love, love admin and attention to detail.
Prepare bids, tenders, engineering documents for EPCS and Engineering projects in Mining, Oil & Gas and Renewables.
Work with Engineering houses to win new business with your sales team.
Prepare and present major project quotations and bid documentation - with your own sense of style.
Cost estimates, documentation compliance, negotiate terms for shipping & tenders, pricing, data sheets.
An internal & external role - high levels of Variety!
Documentation, support, and maintaining the high standards and values of the business - Have fun!
Promote the Portfolio of Valves, Actuation & Instrumentation.
Required :
Experience in a projects administration role in an engineering discipline is ideal - You must apply if you have this.
Experience working with Engineers, understanding of the Specification sales process and a drive to grow and be in front of the customer.
Professional, organised, high attention to detail.
Oil & Gas, Water, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Engineering Industry Experience will give you an advantage.
Excellent communication skills - Computer, verbal and written.
Process, Pressure Control, Plumbing, Pumping, Actuation, Steel, Instrumentation, Valves or aligned Industry Experience - would be nice - but we can train you.
50% Admin 50% Relationships.
The Rewards :
Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000 + Super + Car + Bonuses (Package Negotiable)
