The Role
Successfully deliver $15m+ projects Involvement from the outset, the design and overseeing procurement before leading construction Drive programme and take ownership of the job Client management and engagement Head contract management Design management Programming Cost reports and budget forecasting The Person
5+ years' experience as a CM / PM on building projects $5m-$30m Commercial sector experience is essential Dynamic and outcomes focused Strong with systems and have well-developed processes Excellent contract knowledge and management of head contract claims, variations, EOT etc.
Proven track record of managing projects and teams from initial design and project set up through to successful completion Strong building knowledge, up-to-date with the latest construction methodology and well-developed problem-solving skills Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills The Package
