The Opportunity HCA's Canberra branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join the team in the position of a Customer Support Representative for our Canberra and Riverina region. This role will have you selling market leading products and service across the range of Hitachi and Bell products.
Your responsibilities will include: Establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with customers. Visiting customer sites and conducting machine inspections to determine suitable rectifications to customer issues. Promotion of the Hitachi range of parts and service to achieve budgeted sales targets. Identifying areas for business growth and developing suitable strategies to generate growth in parts and service sales. Accurate and timely reporting of key customer information. Ensuring that all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders are conducted professionally and all requests followed up as required. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated service sales or parts interpreting experience within the Mining, Construction or Earthmoving industry will be advantageous. A genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. A motivated and ambitious commitment to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM. Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously, and a current driver's license.
