Utilising strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will form an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing/actioning maintenance requests from SharePoint Liaising with external providers/contractors to perform tasks as required Liaising with Real Estate agents for works within rental properties Purchasing supplies/equipment required in our homes Communicating with internal and external parties About You: Able to prioritise tasks Adapt quickly to a changing environment Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Strong sense of urgency Able to think outside the box Strong relationship-building skills Committed to delivering a final outcome Come Join Us!
