Business / Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Business Analyst to join our client's compliance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, reporting, and documenting breach and compliance issues.
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that incidents are clearly and accurately reported, enabling effective decision-making and mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of compliance frameworks, and exceptional written communication skills.
You will be responsible for drafting clear and concise reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of issues, risks, and corrective actions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document breach and compliance incidents, ensuring that reports are thorough, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, clarify issues, and communicate findings effectively to management, legal, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain detailed records of compliance incidents, breaches, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
Support the identification of trends and areas for improvement in compliance practices based on reported incidents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of breach reporting processes and communication protocols.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst and based in Adelaide.
Exceptional written communication skills, with an ability to produce clear, concise, and professional reports.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information in a digestible format.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with a range of internal teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), and familiarity with reporting tools or databases is desirable.
