Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Senior Health Worker Coordinator In this role, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating health programs, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and delivered with the highest standards. You'll work closely with communities, providing vital case management and conducting home visits to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. Your day will involve overseeing program evaluations, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring that health services are aligned with evidence-based guidelines. Alongside your coordination duties, you'll engage in mentoring, helping to foster a positive and culturally aware workplace for your team, all while driving continuous improvement across service delivery. Your role will be essential in shaping how health care is delivered to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, ensuring it is both effective and culturally respectful.
