He provides strategic advice to market participants on the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts across a broad range of projects, including renewable energy projects, oil and gas facilities, process plants, residential and commercial developments, rail, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, hospitals, schools, and sporting facilities.The Partner also has extensive experience in dispute management and resolution, having acted on some of the largest construction-related litigation and arbitrations across Australia.
