About the Role :
As BUMA Australia grows, we are seeking a full time Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence our safety culture. Your ability to lead by example, be proactive and prioritise will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the day-to-day control and supervision of the mine in accordance with Mine Safety and Inspection requirements. Manage people and equipment and execute production activities. Managing workloads and allocating duties across the production team to deliver the plan and ensure all development targets are achieved. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations. About You :
Successful applications will have demonstrated experience in the following :
5+ Years Production experience in an open cut coal mining operation. 2+ Years Supervisor experience in an open cut coal mining operation. Strong knowledge of relevant QLD Coal Mining legislation. C Class Driver's Licence. Ability to motivate teams and achieve business targets. Working at BUMA :
