THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector or Surveyor looking to secure their future.
Our client is seeking a registered building surveyor and well-presented professional to take on a pivotal role inspecting diverse construction projects in the Echuca and Shepparton region.
This is a flexible, field-based position with no office attendance required.
For the right person, relocation costs will be covered, and there's even the opportunity to buy into the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial projects around the Echuca and Shepparton area.
Travel within the Echuca / Shepparton region to complete inspections (start and finish your day from home).
Ensure compliance with all building codes and standards.
Address on-site issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
Represent the business as its professional and approachable face to clients and stakeholders.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
Registration as a Building Inspector in Victoria or New South Wales (essential).
Comfortable with extensive driving in a regional setting.
Experience with PermAssist is a bonus!
Excellent interpersonal skills: well-spoken, calm, and professional in dealing with clients and on-site issues.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Desire to grow with the business, taking on more responsibility over time, eventually buying into the business.
WHAT YOU'LL GET :
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + super Vehicle: Choose a car you want to drive Relocation Assistance: Support to help you move to the Echuca / Shepparton region.
