Identified First Nations Senior Project Manager / Change Manager
Are you a skilled professional with a passion for driving impactful change? We are seeking an experienced First Nations Senior Project Manager / Change Manager to lead the transition of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Mental Wellbeing provider from a "parent organisation" to an autonomous, independent legal entity.
Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy. Change Management: Ensure a smooth and successful transformation in line with proposed timeframes. Documentation: Maintain alignment with the strategic vision of the new entity. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate organisational, structural, and procedural changes. Risk Management: Address challenges proactively with problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience Required:
Experience in organisational change management and development, specifically in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander context. Experience in transitioning projects to independent organisations or legal entities. Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Governance across various organisational settings. Desirable Criteria:
Degree qualified. Experience with organisational change. Experience in the Not-for-profit sector. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander is a genuine occupational qualification under s 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
