About the role We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Breville Asia Pacific (APAC) Commercial Finance team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Key responsibilities include: Primary finance business partner for APAC GM Finance, Australia GM Marketing, APAC Head of SPD. Deliver all weekly and monthly APAC Management Reporting. Coordinate APAC budgeting and monthly outlook processes. Review, analysis and forecasting of costs - Cost of Goods, Logistics, Warranty, Marketing and Overheads, partnering with cost centre owners and subject matter experts as required. Review APAC balance sheet including Inventory review and outlook, rebate accruals and claims management and helping the APAC leadership team track risk and monitor controls. Management of team member responsible for rebate and promotional claims management. We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: A professional accounting qualification - CPA / CA or equivalent. 5+ years experience in FP&A, Management accounting or Commercial Business Partnering roles. A track record of helping their business identify and deliver opportunities for improvement, both in processes and financials. Key attributes: Excellent communication and business partnering skills. Flexible approach to cope with a dynamic environment. Continuous process improvement mindset.
