Key Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping and Accounting : Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Payroll Management : Process and manage the company's payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Handle superannuation, tax calculations, and payroll reporting.
Financial Management : Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to support decision-making.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Technology & Integration : Manage and optimise the use of Xero accounting software to ensure seamless financial operations.
Leverage tools like Power BI and Excel to create dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
eCommerce & Warehouse Support : Collaborate with warehouse and eCommerce teams to ensure accurate inventory and financial records.
Understand and integrate financial processes with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and recommend solutions for process improvement.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements to implement new tools and systems as needed.
