Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of comprehensive financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue & Accounts Services, and Payroll. Ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate settlement and reconciliation of all transactions. Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers through Finance Operations. Lead, train, and mentor the Financial Operations Team, fostering a culture of excellence. Ensure all key processes are covered and that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and accessible. Actively shape and drive the AFG Financial Operations Team, with a strong emphasis on process excellence. Collaborate effectively with all internal teams within AFG. Champion a continuous improvement program to establish simple, efficient, and robust processes across financial operations. Lead the implementation of a new Payroll system and review existing finance systems to recommend operational enhancements. Who are we looking for Possessing relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce, or finance, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Your familiarity with the finance industry, while preferable, complements your proven ability to implement impactful finance operation process improvements. With a track record of successfully managing relationships, you excel in fostering strong partnerships. Your exceptional communication skills further enhance your capability to drive excellence and innovation within the financial operations landscape.
