Our client is a tier 3 builder with over 30 years' operating in NSW predominantly in the industrial and commercial sectors up to $60M. This business prides itself on client relationships and only takes on work if it is closed tender or negotiated, with 90% of work being with repeat clients.
Project Manager Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of new projects in the Sydney metro area. Working closely with a close-knit and highly resourced team, you will mentor and drive the project successfully.
About You Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of new build projects over $20M.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction / Project Management or Engineering. Proven experience completing multiple projects from start to completion in the industrial or commercial sectors. 3+ years professional experience working in a Project Manager role on large-scale developments. Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded. High attention to detail, strong project governance, reporting, and programming skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A positive can-do attitude and being a team player.
